I have become a much bigger fan of the spring since living in Washington. The weather is some of the best of the entire year, the city looks beautiful, and you feel refreshed. It's an energizing time of year. I am starting to advocate for moving New Years resolutions to the spring because of the revitalization I feel at this time of year. What do you think, should we make resolutions during the spring time renaissance, or keep it as a New Years tradition?
